You’re making an important decision, we want to make this easy for you. That is why before service begins we’ll meet with you to get to know you and your pet, free of charge.

It is important to us that you get to know Prairie Path and in turn we’ll learn how to best care for your 2 or 4 legged friends. Before we meet we will send you our New Client Packet which asks for information ranging from feeding habits and instructions, personality and behavioral traits, as well as medical history. We’ll go over that together in detail in person at your Free Meet & Greet, ask a few additional questions and make sure we’re set to care for your pet.

When we meet we ask that clients provide 2 sets of house keys: one for your dedicated walker who will be taking care of your pet and the other we’ll securely hold as a backup in case of emergencies. A garage code will also work in place of a key.

Finally, all of our clients receive access to their own online account. Inside you’ll be able to request visits and set your preferred schedule and manage payment methods. You’ll also be able to view visit summaries from your dedicated Pet Pro, a map of their walk route (if applies) and pictures of your pets while you are away. Before we leave, your account will be set up and your pets schedule will be set.

In short, in approximately 45 minutes (you can never take too long to get to know a pet), and with a few simple clicks you can go about your day knowing that your loved ones are getting all the love and attention they deserve.
